Kannada-speaking Indian citizens aged 18–50 as on 21 September 2026 (no formal education prescribed); Local outsourced / daily-wage / contract workers with at least one year as Pourakarmika, Loader, UGD Helper, Cleaner or Helper in these Nagarasabhes, ranked by seniority (ESI/PF, bank passbook or muster proof) → priority for the same ULBs seats; Family members of Pourakarmikas who died on COVID-19 sanitation duty or died in service in these local bodies (District Surgeon and Commissioner certificates) → second priority; Workers with at least one year as Loader, UGD Helper, Cleaner, waste-segregation staff or public-toilet cleaner in the same ULBs → third priority; Legal heirs (spouse, parents or children) covered under the Manual Scavengers Act → 6 earmarked seats (2 Koppal + 4 Gangavati). If no eligible heir is found, those seats are filled from other applicants; Other eligible applicants → considered only after the priority lists above, if seats remain; Not an Indian citizen, or unable to speak Kannada; Below 18 or above 50 years as on 21 September 2026 (the notice does not print category-wise extra years); A candidate who conceals a criminal case, dismissal or removal; the notice allows termination and a criminal complaint; Anyone treating this as a regular municipal post with a built-in regularisation path

Pourakarmika work is field sanitation, not a desk job. Shifts, outdoor duty and waste handling are the daily reality.

There is no online form for this notice. Collect the prescribed application from Nagarasabhe Koppal or Nagarasabhe Gangavati from 22 September 2026. Fill in every column, including age as on 21 September 2026, caste, prior ULB service, COVID-death / Manual Scavengers Act claim, if any, and criminal-case declaration. Attach self-attested copies listed under Documents below, plus the DD drawn on the correct Commissioner. Submit the set in person through the Nagarasabhe . The Commissioner / Chief Officer forwards the compiled list to DUDC and the Deputy Commissioner, Koppal. Keep a photocopy of the submitted set and the DD counterfoil.
