Candidates must possess the department-specific super-speciality qualification as per National Medical Commission (Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulation, 2025): Nephrology Deptt. - D.M./DNB/DrNB (Nephrology); Cardiology Deptt. - D.M./DNB/DrNB (Cardiology); Neurology Deptt. - D.M./DNB/DrNB (Neurology); Gastroenterology (Surgical) Deptt. - M.Ch/DNB/DrNB (Surgical Gastroenterology); Neurosurgery Deptt. - M.Ch/DNB/DrNB (Neuro surgery); Urology Deptt. - M.Ch/DNB/DrNB (Urology); Cardio Vascular Thoracic surgery Deptt. - M.Ch/DNB/DrNB (Cardio Vascular and Thoracic surgery); Plastic and Reconstruction surgery and Burn Unit Deptt. - M.Ch/DNB/DrNB (Plastic and Reconstruction surgery); Oncology (Medical) Deptt. - D.M./DNB/DrNB (Oncology); Oncology (Surgical) Deptt. - M.Ch/DNB/DrNB (Surgical Oncology). Additional Mandatory: Completion of Basic Course in Biomedical Research from a recognised medical institution designated by the Commission. Domicile / Residence Requirement (Mandatory for Reservation): Reservation benefits are available only to permanent residents of Jharkhand State. Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

Application Fee: Unreserved / BC-I / BC-II / EWS ₹600/- + Bank Charges; SC / ST (Jharkhand) ₹150/- + Bank Charges. Selection Process: Final selection will be made on the basis of Interview. Marks will be awarded for academic qualifications, super-speciality degree, Ph.D./D.M./M.Ch., teaching/research experience, publications and interview as per rules prescribed in Jharkhand Medical Education Service (Appointment, Promotion and Service Conditions) Rules, 2018 and amendments. Document Verification: Candidates shortlisted for interview must produce all original documents for verification. Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo medical examination as per rules. Documents Required: 1. Matriculation certificate for date of birth. 2. MBBS degree and marksheets from a recognised Medical College. 3. Academic Qualification (DM/M.Ch./DNB/DrNB) certificate and marksheets. 4. Teaching and research experience certificate (if applicable). 5. Government service experience certificate (if applicable). 6. Publications (as main author) with proof. 7. Caste / Income & Asset Certificate (if applicable). 8. Jharkhand Domicile Certificate (if applicable). 9. PwD Certificate (if applicable). 10. No Objection Certificate (for in-service candidates). Note: All documents must be produced in original at the time of Document Verification / Interview. Photo & Signature: Scanned passport size photo and signature must be uploaded in the OTR / application form.
