Job Description

The CEO of AICIIITKottayam incubation centre of IIITKottayam will have to have the following qualities and responsibilities: i) Leading the incubation centre jointly with the PI and the officials of IIITKottayam. He/She has to report the progress of the centre every quarterly to the Board of Directors of the centre. ii) He/She will have to provide tangible and measurable results in terms of graduating startups, organizing outreach programs, creating entrepreneurial ecosystem, establishing connections with MNCs, establishing connections with abroad industries (USA, Europe, Australia, China, and so forth). iii) He/She should have managerial skills and a very high command in English in order to attract foreign funds, to publish papers, and to write proposals to venture capitalists.
