Instructions

Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate. 13.2 Candidates are required produce original caste certificates in proper Proforma from the appropriate authority in the Central Government format at the time of selection Trial, failing which he/she may be disqualified. 13.3 Caste Certificate in cases of SC/ST/OBC /EWS Candidates issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Tehsildar should be uploaded at the time of online application. OBC candidates shall also upload OBC Non-Creamy-Layer Certificate in Central Government format issued on or after 01/04/2023 by the Competent Authority at the time of online application. Certificates should contain Caste, Date of Issue etc and bear the Seal of the Issuing Authority. Format of caste certificate for SC/ST candidates is enclosed as annexure ‘C’ and for OBC as annexure “D”. Format of Income certificate for EBC is enclosed as Annexure ‘B’ and format of EWS is enclosed as Annexure ‘F’. 14. OTHER MATTERS 14.1 Candidate is required to produce all necessary documents along with his/her downloaded application at the time of selection trial. No document shall be entertained at further stage of recruitment and the RRC/WR reserves right to reject any application, not fulfilling the eligibility condition/conditions at any stage of recruitment. 14.2 The decision of the Railway Administration in all the matters relating to eligibility, acceptance or rejection of the applications, issue of free passes, mode of selection, conduct of Trials, allotment of posts to selected candidates, etc. will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence in this regard will be entertained by the Railway Administration. 14.3 Railway Administration is not responsible for any delay or non- delivery of e-mail or SMS. Candidates should mandatorily visit the official website of RRC-WR for regular updates. 14.4 The candidate recommended for appointment will have to pass requisite medical examination fitness test(s) conducted by the Railway Administration to ensure that the candidates are medically FIT to carry out the duties connected with the post. Only those candidates who are Medically FIT as prescribed for the post would be considered for appointment. 14.5 The Railway administration reserves the right to rectify inadvertent error or omission at any stage of recruitment and any erroneously appointed candidate shall be liable to be summarily removed from Railway Service. 14.6 RRC reserves the right to incorporate any subsequent changes/modifications/additions in the terms 15. IMPORTANT ADVISORY Railway Recruitment Cell, Western Railway has not appointed any Agent or Coaching Centres for action on its behalf.
