21 to 30 years (for non-Chhattisgarh residents); 21 to 40 years (for bonafide residents of Chhattisgarh) as on 01.01.2026; SC / ST / OBC of Chhattisgarh 5 years relaxation in upper age limit; Women (Local residents of Chhattisgarh) 10 years relaxation in upper age limit; Government Servants (Permanent or Temporary) Additional 5 years relaxation over and above applicable relaxations; Physically Disabled Persons (Divyang) As per Govt. of Chhattisgarh GAD circular dated 27.09.2014; Maximum Age (including all relaxations) 45 years

Working knowledge of Unix/Open Source Software/Windows NT

Working knowledge of Operating Systems and Office application suites

Knowledge of Hindi and English typing (Preference to candidates who have passed typewriting examination in Hindi and English from any recognised board)

The candidate must be a citizen of India. Working knowledge of Unix/Open Source Software/Windows NT is required along with the following educational qualifications. The primary educational qualification is at least a second class Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University in Computer Science or a related subject; OR a second class Bachelor's Degree from any recognised University with PGDCA from any recognised University; OR a second class Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University with 'O' level course from DOE (Department of Electronics). Good character, sound mind and body; not more than one spouse living; not dismissed from service by any High Court/Government/Statutory/Local Authority; not convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude
