(e) A relaxation of 5% marks at Masters level is allowed to the SC/ST candidates (f) For personnel from other Government IT Institutions like IT Mission/ CDAC/ NIC/ CDIT/ Keltron on deputation basis, the experience factor will be considered rather than their academic qualifications and Ph.D will only be an optional qualification.
