Application form & information will be available at Academic Section, First Floor, Rajiv Gandhi Medical College, Kalwa, from 05.07.2018 to 16.07.2018, on working days only, between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm. • Application Form Fee is Rs. 500/-, to be paid in cash • Duly filled application form (with attested copies of all required documents) is to be submitted to Academic Section from 05.07.2018 to 17.07.2018, on working days only, till 4.00 pm. • Incomplete Application Forms will NOT be accepted and will be Cancelled • Submission of attested copy of VALID Maharashtra Medical Council/ Maharashtra State Dental Council Registration Certificate along with application form is mandatory.

• Stipend will be paid as per Thane Municipal Corporation rules. • If candidate from a particular reserve category is not available the vacant posts will be filled by available candidate belonging to other categories. • VALID Non-Creamy Layer certificate is mandatory for VJ-NT, OBC, SBC Candidates. Otherwise, their application forms will not be considered
