Minimum Salary ( न्यूनतम वेतन ) : INR 25000

Pay scale ( वेतन ) : INR Candidates with postgraduate degree in professional courses or M.Sc. candidates with valid NET/GATE score will be entitled to ₹25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) only per month (consolidated).

Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : M.Tech. in Energy / Chemical Engineering / Material Science / Mechanical Engineering / Nanotechnology or M.Sc. in Physics / Chemistry / Nanoscience with valid GATE/NET score.

Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Candidate with working experience in fuel cell, electrochemical analyser, synthesis of graphene, CNT, and/or nanocatalyst will be given additional preference

Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : Candidates shall not be more than 28 years of age on the date of interview. Upper age limit may be relaxed as per Government of India rules

Tezpur University (Assamese:তেজপুৰ বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) is a Central University located in Tezpur in the North Eastern state of Assam, India by an act in Parliament of India in 1994.The Governor of Assam, Padmanabha Acharya is the chancellor of Tezpur University, Mihir Kanti Chaudhuri is the vice-chancellor and Amarjyoti Choudhury is the pro vice-chancellor. The establishment of University is considered to be one of the outcomes of the Assam Accord, along with the establishment of Assam University and Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. University was established, by an Act of Parliament, in 1994. The then prime minister of India, P. V. Narasimha Rao, chaired the opening of the university. Initially, the university operated from the premises of the Darrang College, in Tezpur. For a while it also operated from the Tezpur Law College premises.
