Responsibilities
Overall In charge of Materials and services procurement of the Institutions and projects of SVKM. ·Closely supervision and get associated with the procurement processes of interior & Renovation projects and construction Projects. ·Exercise overall supervision of the working of the materials department of SVKM, NMIMS and other institutions with the view to ensuring that the prescribed processes under SAP are adhered to. Also extend guidance and help in solving bottlenecks that may arise from to time and ensure that there is proper implementation of the conditions of the various purchase orders relating to goods and services. ·Ensure that local purchase made within the powers-delegated, are also made as per the prescribed procedure of SAP. ·Responsible relating to SAP implementation of material module. ·Imparting training to the concerned employees from time to time as per training calendar that may be drawn up. ·Ensuring that materials and vendors masters are updated

The advertisement on 20.02.2019 covers the following skill sets. The final scope of work of selected candidates shall be generally drawn up from the same, based on their aptitude: ·To provide timely and accurate information to the Office Bearers of the Mandal relating to financial management of the Mandal. ·To manage day-to-day funds flow of the Mandal. ·To ensure the compliance of all statutory requirements vis-à-vis finance and accounts for Mandal and its constituents and monitor the efficacy of the budgetary system for effective management of financial resources of the Mandal. ·To monitor on a continuous basis, the accounting policies and practices of the Mandal and its constituent and verify their appropriateness and accuracy. ·To support the internal auditors in designing, implementing, monitoring and modifying the internal audit system of the Mandal in prior consultation with the Office Bearers of the Mandal.

Shri Vile Parle Kelavani Mandal is a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Society’s Registration Act and Bombay Public Trust Act. From its humble beginnings in 1934, when it took over the Rashtriya Shala, a school established in 1921 in the wake of the National Movement, the Mandal today has grown into a big educational complex imparting high-level education to more than 35,000 students.
