Alternatively, above the age of 35 years, working in social service and welfare activities promoting welfare of Family and Child Care with Degree in Social Science preferably in Sociology or Psychology.

Assisting fee per day of actual work and retainer fee per month at the rate fixed by the State Government in consultation with the High Court of Orissa.
