As per Punjab Government Notification No. G.S.R.7/Const./Art.309/Amd.(23)/2026 dated 21.01.2026, the cut-off date to determine minimum educational and other qualifications shall be the last date for submission of application forms i.e. 20-05-2026. Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria will be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process. Domicile: Reservation benefits are available only to residents of Punjab. A Domicile/Residence Certificate not older than 5 years must be uploaded/produced by every candidate (male or female, irrespective of category). Punjabi Language: As per Rule 17 of Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994, the candidate must have passed Matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language.
