minimum of 10 years teaching and/or research and/or industrial experience of which at least 5 years should be at the level of Associate Professor /or minimum of 13 years experience in teaching and/ or Research and/or Industry. In case of research experience, good academic record and books/research paper publications/IPR/patents record shall be required. In case of industry experience, this shall be at managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor with active participation record in devising/designing, planning, executing, analyzing, quality control, innovating, training, technical books/research paper publications/IPR/patents, etc. shall be required. Such experience shall be considered, provided that the recognition for significant professional shall be valid only if the same is recommended unanimously by a 3-Member Committee of Experts appointed by the Vice-Chancellor of the University.

Office of the Institute. 2. Goa University’s Regulations, Statutes and it’s time to time amendments applicable to college shall be governed by the candidate at the time appointment. 3. Persons employed in Government/Semi-Government Organization or Educational Institutions must apply through proper channel. 4. The applications received may be screened for short listing and recommending the candidates to be called for interview on the basis of the Screening Guidelines approved by the University. The Screening Guidelines, Application &API Formats are available on the College website www.ritgoa.ac.in. 5. Separate applications must be sent if a candidate is applying for a faculty position in more than one Department. 6. (i) Engg. & Tech.: First Class Master's Degree in the appropriate branch of Engg. & Tech. (iv) NET/SLET/SET shall also not be required for such Masters Programmes in disciplines for which NET/SLET/SET is not available.
