Specialist (1st year): Rs. 1,23,500/- p.m., Specialist (2nd year onwards): Rs. 1,30,000/- p.m.

Maximum age limit for general candidates is 53 years. Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates. Maximum age limit for retired Government doctors is 65 years.
