An eminent scholar having a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline with published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with a minimum of 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals and a total research score of 120 as per Appendix II, Table 2 of UGC Regulation No. F.1-2/2017(EC/PS), 18th July 2018 OR A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and/or research experience at equivalent level at University/National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidates OR An outstanding professional having a Ph.D. degree in the relevant/allied/applied disciplines from any academic institutions (not included in A above)/industry, who has made significant contribution to knowledge in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline, supported by documentary evidence, provided he/she has ten years' experience.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as per UGC eligibility criteria (UGC Notification 18th July 2018 and subsequent amendments). Eligibility will be considered as on the closing date of submission of online application. The period spent by candidates to acquire M.Phil. and/or Ph.D. degree shall not be considered as research experience. Candidates above 60 years will not be eligible to apply.
