Regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

Rs. 12,300/- per month (no daily allowance / conveyance / travelling allowance)

Candidates must be a minimum of 20 years and maximum of 28 years as on 01-05-2026. Maximum age indicated is for Unreserved and EWS candidates. Relaxation in upper age limit is applicable as per Government of India guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates. Candidates with work experience of 1 year or more after educational qualification are NOT eligible.

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on the respective cut-off dates. Only candidates with 100% completed profile on both NAPS and NATS portals are eligible to apply through the Bank's website. Candidates can apply for only one State and one District and must not submit more than one application. Nationality / Citizenship: Citizen of India / Subject of Nepal or Bhutan / Tibetan Refugee (came before 01-01-1962) / Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries - with eligibility certificate from Govt. of India where applicable. Portal Registration (Mandatory): 100% completed profile on NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/) and NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/) before applying on PSB website. Educational Qualification (as on 06-06-2026): Regular Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Post Graduate Candidates: Candidates who have completed Post Graduate qualification are NOT eligible. Work Experience: Candidates with work experience of 1 year or more after educational qualification are NOT eligible. Years Since Qualifying Exam: Candidates should not have completed 5 years after passing the qualifying examination. Prior Apprenticeship: Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing Apprenticeship in any organisation under the Apprentices Act 1961 are NOT eligible. Local Language Proficiency: The candidate must be proficient in the local language (Reading, Writing, Speaking & Understanding) of the applied State/UT and must produce 8th/10th/12th or Graduate level certificate evidencing having studied the local language. Aadhaar Requirement: Every apprentice must have a valid Aadhaar number before engagement / contract signing.

Duration of Training: 12 Months (On-the-Job Training; 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM). Selection Mode: Merit-based on HSC / 10+2 marks (State-wise, District-wise, Category-wise) + Medical Examination. Mandatory Requirement: Prior registration with 100% completed profile on NAPS portal (https://www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in/) and NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in/). Candidates are required to pay non-refundable Fees/Intimation Charges through online mode only. Bank transaction charges for online payment will have to be borne by the candidate. Fee once paid will NOT be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other exam or selection.
