Education Qualification
Either: 1. Degree in social sciences (social welfare/sociology/clinical psychiatry/psychology/philosophy), preferably with Degree in Law + 5 years experience in field work/research/teaching with reference to women/children problems; OR 2. 5 years experience in Central/State Laws relating to marriage/divorce/maintenance/guardianship/adoption/family disputes.
