· Candidates worked with renowned corporate hospital shall be preferred · At least 15 years of experience in managing minimum 100 Bedded Hospital is a must · Excellent communication and personality is a must · Should have ability to drive the hospital team through synergy and collaboration
Minimum 20 Years of post-qualification executive experience in the relevant area
· Shall be responsible for running of the Medical Centre, i.e. engagement of an agency and requisite manpower, placement of equipment,etc. · Overall supervision of the working of the Medical Centre · Managing occupational health of employees and contractors. Keeping record and satisfying statutory requirements. · Ensuring periodic health check-up of employees and contractors · Experience in quality system like NABH, ISO 9001 etc. will be advantageous · To discharge legal responsibilities pertaining to the Medical Centre · Coordination and interaction with the Ministries, NDMC, Police, Directorate of Estates and other departments · To institute an effective Grievance Redressal System both for the employees and the patients · Planning, Development and Budget monitoring of the Medical Centre · Manpower Planning for the Medical Centre · The repository of the information pertaining to the Medical Centre · Interaction and assigning duties to subordinate officers and Head of Clinical Departments so as to ensure smooth functioning of the Medical Centre · Official spokesperson of the Medical Centre · Any other responsibility assigned by the Company from time to time.
