Eligibility Criteria

Category once filled cannot be changed later. Candidates must possess the basic knowledge of computer application and adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both. Mere submission of application or appearing in the examination does not guarantee eligibility. Final eligibility is checked at document verification stage. Application Mode : Online only through GPSC-OJAS portal. No other mode will be accepted. Steps to Apply : Visit https://gpsc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in . Click on 'Online Application' → 'Apply'. If already registered, login with One Time Registration (OTR) number; otherwise complete One Time Registration. Fill all mandatory fields: Personal Details, Communication Details, Other Details, Language Details. Upload recent passport-size Photograph and Signature in JPG format (as per specifications). Review the application form. Pay the required fee online (if applicable). Submit the application and take a printout / note the Application Number & Confirmation Number for future reference. Marks of Preliminary Exam will not be counted for final selection. In case of multiple shifts, normalization of scores will be applied. Candidates approximately 15 times the number of vacancies will be called for the Main Examination. Main Written Examination (Conventional Type) : Paper-1: Gujarati Language – 150 marks (3 hours) Paper-2: English Language – 150 marks (3 hours) Paper-3: General Studies – 200 marks (3 hours) Paper-4: Accountancy and Auditing-I – 200 marks (3 hours) Paper-5: Accountancy and Auditing-II – 200 marks (3 hours) Total: 900 marks Viva Voce (Interview) : 100 marks Final Selection : Merit will be prepared on the basis of Main Written Examination (900 marks) + Viva Voce (100 marks) = 1000 marks .
