Diploma in Electrical Engineering obtained from the Technical Examination Board or any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared as deemed to be a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government. Provided that the candidate holding bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering shall not be eligible to apply.

Fixed Pay ₹40,800/- per month for first 5 years. After satisfactory completion of 5 years service: Pay Matrix Level-5 ₹29,200 – 92,300.

Maximum Age limit: 33 Years as on 02-05-2026. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

No documents/certificates are required to be uploaded at the time of online application. Candidates must keep scanned copies of: Recent Photograph (max. 15 kb, JPG format) Signature (max. 15 kb, JPG format) All details (educational qualification, age, category, certificates, etc.) must be filled accurately as per original documents. After successful submission and fee payment (where applicable), candidates will receive provisional admission to the examination. Final selection is subject to document verification at a later stage. One candidate can submit only one application. In case of multiple applications, only the last confirmed application will be considered valid.

Application Fee For General Candidates: ₹100 + Service Charges (SBI e-Pay) SC / ST / SEBC / EWS / PwD / Ex-Servicemen / Female: Exempted. Selection Process: The competitive examination will be conducted in MCQ (Multiple Choice Question) pattern through COMPUTER BASED RECRUITMENT TEST (CBRT) or OPTICAL MARK RECOGNITION (OMR) method. The detailed examination scheme, syllabus, and pattern will be decided separately by the Gujarat Panchayat Service Selection Board and will be published on the official website of the Board. Before filling the online application, candidates must read the full advertisement carefully. All information provided in the online application must match the original certificates. Any mismatch detected during document verification will result in cancellation of candidature. Provisional admission to the examination does not guarantee eligibility; final selection is subject to verification of original documents. All updates regarding examination, result, document verification, etc. will be sent via SMS on the registered mobile number and email on the registered email ID. Candidates must keep their mobile number and email ID active till the entire recruitment process is completed. Application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
