Education Qualification
The applicant must have passed Bachelor Degree and Master Degree in Engineering/Technology. Open/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates must have secured minimum CGPA/CGPI of 6.5 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 60% marks in both Bachelor and Master Degrees. Whereas, in case of SC/ST candidates, a minimum CGPA/CGPI of 6.0 on a 10-point scale (or equivalent) or 55% marks in both Bachelor and Master Degree shall be applicable. The applicant B.E./B.Tech./Dual Degree should be in the relevant specialization of aforesaid entitled project, which includes Electronics & Communication Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Nanotechnology/Materials Science and Engineering/Engineering Physics/Chemistry Engineering. The candidate must have obtained his/her Post Graduate Degree through GATE/NET. Valid GATE/NET is not mandatory.

Desirable Qualification
