a) Applications form along with the instructions can be downloaded from official websites www.karimnagar.nic.in. b) Filled in application forms shall be submitted in person or through registered post in the office of the District Medical & Health Officer, Karimnagar district to which the candidate is applying. Applications which are received after due dates will be summarily rejected. District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays. c) Application/Registration fees to be paid in the form of Demand Draft (D.D.) in favour of District Medical & Health Officer, Karimnagar. The details of fees are as follows. i. Application / Registration fee of Rs.300/- (D.D.) is to be paid for the posts of Medical Officer. ii. Application/ Registration fees of Rs.200/- (D.D.) is to be paid for the posts of Compounder/Yoga Instructor iii. Application/ Registration fees of Rs.100/- (D.D.) is to be paid for the posts of Sweeper cum Nursing Orderly (SNO) iv. Application/Registration fees are exempted for SC and ST candidates. d) A person can apply for more than one district. e) Self-attested copies of the following certificates shall should be enclosed with the application form.
