Criteria
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or Master in Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized university/institute with 17 years of regular service in a post carrying a substantive pay scale of Level 10 (₹56,100 - ₹1,77,500) or equivalent/higher, including at least 10 years in handling IT or E-Governance projects in Government/Public Sector organizations.

Oversee and manage IT-related projects within NHAI, lead digital transformation and E-Governance initiatives, ensure cybersecurity and data protection measures, and coordinate with various government agencies and stakeholders.
