Responsibilities

Typing of letters, notes, write ups and power point presentations in Hindi/English. Providing assistance in preparing various reports related to Official Language Implementation ( quarterly, half yearly, Annual) Maintaining all files as required by Parliamentary Committee on Official Language, as per OL Act/Rules Hindi typing & proof reading of Annual report, Srijan, Diary and other important documents. Assisting in various events for promotion of Hindi including TOLIC activities. Processing of bills in ERP and maintaining their record. Assisting in day to day Administraion related activities. Other administrative assistance required in the Group.
