– Cost estimation, preparing and periodically updating construction schedule,

– Should have proficiency on Primavera P6, MS Project, 4D BIM and dashboard
tools, such as Power BI etc.

Mode of Selection
– Based on the eligibility/ experience in the relevant field, shortlisted candidates
will be called for interview.
– NCRTC reserves the right to conduct a written examination for the post in case
the number of applications received from eligible candidates is higher. The
details of written examination, if any, shall be communicated to the candidates
in advance, and candidates have to make their own arrangements for travel
and stay.

– Number of vacancies are subject to change at any stage of the selection as per the requirement of the Project.
– Reserve candidates applying against unreserved post shall be treated as General category.
C. SURETY BOND:
The candidates selected shall have to execute a Surety Bond of Rs. 2 Lakhs plus GST and cost of training, if
any, to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of 02 (two) years. A three months’ prior notice will be
required before seeking resignation from the Corporation.
D. TERM OF CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYMENT:
The appointment shall be made purely on contract basis for a period of 03 (Three) years, which will be
reviewed every year. After completion of 03 (Three) years contractual employment, services may be
extended further/ terminated, subject to the requirement of the Corporation and on performance of the
employee. In case of non-requirement or performance not found satisfactory, the services shall be
terminated.
E. RETENTION MONEY:
A deduction @20% for remuneration amount shall be made for the first year of contractual employment.
This amount shall be released on completion of two years of contract service or upon termination, whichever
is earlier. The release of Retention money on termination of the contract shall be dealt on case-to-case basis.
In case of leaving before completion of two years the amount of Surety Bond shall be recovered from the
Retention money.
F. LEAVE ENTITLEMENT:
The Contract employees will be entitled for 12 or 8 days (in Field and Corporate Office, respectively) Casual
Leave and can avail 30 days Leave (without pay) in a year, as leave has already been monetized and included
in the pay-package.
G. CHARACTER & ANTECEDENTS:
The success in the selection process does not confer any right to appointment unless the character &
antecedents are found satisfactory, after such an enquiry, that the candidate having regard to his/ her
character & antecedents is suitable in all respects for appointment to the service.
The post is purely on a contract basis and in no case confer any right for regularization in the
job.

(i) Class 10th Certificate/ Birth Certificate.
(ii) Degree Certificate of Graduation and Post Graduation clearly showing stream/specialization.
(iii) Copies of Educational Certificates (Matriculation onwards).
(iv) Appointment letter along with joining and latest salary slip of current organization.
(v) Experience Certificate/s & Duty allocation orders.
(vi) Copies of the APARs.
(vii) Office order showing promotion to present grade.
(viii) Experience /Service Certificate/ Relieving order issued by organization. (It should indicate
date of joining and date of relieving from each organization where the candidate has worked
along with designations).
(ix) Form -16/ITR (for private sector candidates).

summarily rejected.

ABOUT National Capital Region Transport Corporation;नेशनल कैपिटल रीजन ट्रांसपोर्ट कारपोरेशन
National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) – a joint venture company of Govt of India and States of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and U.P, under the administrative control of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project across the NCR of India, ensuring a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access.
The NCRTC is a joint partnership institution between the Central Government and the participating states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and the NCT of Delhi. Agreeing to this partnership, the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between participating stakeholders was signed on 29th June, 2011 and an equity share in NCRTC was agreed upon for setting up an initial seed capital of Rs. 100 crore.
The contributions for this equity share from the stakeholders were received by 1st August, 2013 along with the signing of the Memorandum of Association (MoA) and Association of Agreement (AoA) of NCRTC.
