Experience in leading a team of approximately 10 junior colleagues. Detailed working knowledge of Finance, Budget, Government e-Marketplace (GeM), General Financial Rules (GFR), and Legal matters.

Prior work experience in a government pay structure is mandatory. Candidates must meet one of the following: 10 years' experience in Level 9 (with equivalent TME), OR 7 years' experience in Level 10 or higher (with equivalent TME)

Knowledge of Rules and Guidelines for General Administration and Finance as followed by Central Government or Central Autonomous organisations. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and related applications.
