The NCC Directorate of Orissa is located at Bhubaneswar. The Deputy Director General is a Commodore of the Indian Navy. The NCC Directorate has been organized in to three groups and one girls battalion. It has elements of three wings i.e. Army, Navy and Air wing. Each wing consists of Junior Division(JD), Senior Division(SD) for boys and Junior Wings (JW), Senior Wings (SW) for girls.
