Instructions

(i) No applicant shall be given more than a total of 5 marks under socioeconomic criteria under any circumstances. Thereby, if an applicant is eligible for more than 5 marks in terms of provision in para (1) to (5) above, the socio-economic criteria marks shall be maximum 5. (ii) The marks by University or any other recruiting agency/body under Haryana Government shall be given only once in a lifetime for appointment on regular basis to a post of Group C or D. (iii) If a person himself/herself or his/her family member is once selected/appointed with or without getting the benefit of marks, no other family member shall be considered for marks for selection/appointment to the same or any other post for which application has been submitted by any member of the family, as defined in para 2 above.

1. No separate letter for interview will be issued. No TA/DA will be paid for the interview. 2. The candidates should bring self attested photocopies of their academic and other achievements to be submitted along with the application. Original certificates shall also be required to be produced/shown at the time of interview. The candidate has to bring filled application form in Interview 3. The position is entirely on temporary basis and may be terminated on/before completion of the project depending on the performance of the candidate. 4. He or she will not be the regular employees of the University and would not be entitled for any CPF/GPF or any other benefits admissible to the regular employees 5. He/She will be required to produce a medical certificate of fitness from the CMO of this University at the time of joining. 6. He/She would report for duty within 10 days from the date of issue of the orders, failing which his/her appointment shall be treated as withdrawn. 7. His/Her place of work will be the department of Veterinary Clinical Complex, LUVAS, Hisar and may be asked to work in collaborative institutes as and when required 8. He/she will be required to execute an agreement on non judicial stamp paper of Rs/-15 before he/she is allowed to join the post, if needed. 9. The appointment will be co-terminus with project. However, in case the work and conduct is not found satisfactory, the services can be terminated at any time after giving due opportunity of being heard to the concerned employee. If the selected candidate wants to leave, he/she can do so after giving one-month notice in writing to the University/department. 10. On account of paucity of funds, the services can be terminated. 11. The performance of the SRF engaged in the project must be reviewed six monthly by a team comprised of PI, PI(PMU) and Director of Research (DR). Accordingly, the extension of their term will be given. 12. Those persons who are already in service must produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their present employers at the time of interview.
