1.candidates who do not fulfill requirements as per advertisement need not apply. 2.Those who are in employment with State/ Central Covt./pSLJ, must submit a ,,NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE from the employer at the time of verification of documents. Without said NOC the candidature will not be considered for appointment under any circumstances. Failure to produce NOC on the day of verification of document will lead to cancel lation of candidature. 3' Relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable as per the Central Government norms. 4' Appointments in case of direct recruitment will be on probatio n for 2(two) years. 5' Incomplete application or applications received after the last date for whatsoever reason including postal delay will not be considered. 6' The application in prescribed rormllrl to be accompanied with a Bank Draft of Rs.l00/-to be drawn in favour of the Director, LGBRIMH,t.rpr.-urd attested copies of all certificates /one PP size photograph so as to reach to the Deputy Director, LGBRIMH ,Tezpur-7g4001 latest by 15'11'2023 within working hours. Qualification

(i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part-II or the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956( 102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part-II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956( 102 of 1956).
