Instructions

1. The last date for receipt of application will be 30 days from the date of publication of advertisement in Employment News. If the last date happens to be a Sunday or closed holiday, the next working will be taken crucial date. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date for receipt of application from candidates. 2. Maximum Age limit for the post of “Assisant” Should not exceed more than 30 years and not below 20 years as on closing date of application. 3. Age relaxation to SC/ST and PwD(PH) candidates as per governement rules. 4. Duly signed application in the prescribed format along with self-attested copy of certificates including proof of date of birth and self-attested photo affixed in the application should be addressed to “ICAR - Shri Siddhagiri Math Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kaneri, Kolhapur –416234, Maharashtra” by post only. The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the post-------------------“. 5. KVK and its management or funding agency will not be responsible for any postal delay. 6. Depending upon the number of applications, only screened candidate will be called for written examination followed by personal interview. No TA/DA will be provided to attend the written examination and interview. 7. Employed applicants should send the application through their employer with No Objection Certificate (NOC) in original. 8. Incomplete application(s) in any form and the application(s) received after due date will not be considered. 9. The candidates himself/ herself should confirm his/ her eligibility for the post applied for, before submission of application. No correspondence, whatever, in this regard shall be made/ entertained. 10. A non-refundable application fees of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred Rupees only) to be paid in Online Mode in favor of Shri Sidhagiri Math KVK, Bank details enclosed with the application form. The SC/ST and women candidates are exempted from paying processing fee. 12. Incomplete applications, applications without supporting documents viz., proof for date of birth, proof of claiming age relaxation, proof of caste certificate, proof of minimum/ essential qualification, proof of fees payment receipt and applications received after due date will be summarily rejected without any notice and no correspondance in this regard will be entertained.
