Candidates who are Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir and possess Two years Draftsman Training Course Certificate/Diploma from any Government recognized Institute are eligible to apply. Candidates must possess a valid Domicile Certificate of J&K issued on or before the cut-off date (14.05.2026). Reservation shall be applicable as per J&K Reservation Rules.
