Fill the form, paste your recent photo on it and send a scanned copy to the e-mail id icmr.jalma.rescumtraining@gmail.com before 12.06.2023, 5:30 p.m. The candidates should also submit photocopies (self-attested) of all original certificates of educational qualifications (from SSC onwards), experience, Aadhaar Card, Community and PH Certificates along with the application as single PDF file including application. The date of interview/written test will be informed later. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Written Test / Interview. The candidates will bring the original certificates for verification on the date of interview/written test. If any of the essential certificates are missing, the application will be rejected. No plea/excuse will be entertained in such cases. The final decision of holding written/interview will depend on the number of applications and other factors such as COVID-19 pandemic/any unforeseen event. Depending on the situations, a shortlisting process may also be undertaken as per criteria decided by the selection committee under the approval of Director/Director-in-Charge, ICMR-NJIL&OMD, Agra. The decision of Director/Director-in-Charge, ICMR-NJIL&OMD, Agra will be final and binding the same.

Engagement of the above advertised Project Human Resource Positions will depend upon availability of funds, functional requirements and approval of the Competent Authority. The rates of emoluments/stipend shown in this advertisement are project specific and may vary according to sanction of the funding agency of the Project. 5. Submission of wrong or false information during the process of selection shall disqualify the candidature at any stage. 15. The persons engaged on Project Human Resource Positions cannot be permitted to register for Ph.D., due to time constraints. 16. The persons engaged on Project Human Resource Positions will normally be posted at the study site, however, they can be posted to any other sites in the interest of research work. They are liable to serve in any part of the country. 17. The persons engaged on Project Human Resource Positions shall not have any claim on a regular post in ICMR or in any of its Institutes/Centres or in any Department of Government of India and their project term with breaks or without breaks in any or multiple projects will not confer any right for further assignment or transfer to any other project or appointment / absorption / regularization of service in funding agency or in ICMR. Benefits of Provident Fund, Pension Scheme, Leave Travel Concession, Medical Claim, Staff Quarters and other facilities applicable to the regular staff of ICMR etc. are Not admissible to the project human resource positions. 18. Successful candidates will normally be engaged on Project Human Resource Position initially for a period of one year or less, depending upon the tenure of the Project and functional requirements. Continuation / Extension to engagement of Project Human Resource Positions will be depending upon evaluation of performance, tenure of the project, availability of funds, functional requirements and approval of Competent Authority. The maximum term of any Project Human Resource Position in any or multiple projects, with breaks or without breaks shall be two years only. The concerned Project Investigator, Division Head and Head of the host Institute shall personally be responsible and accountable for the continuation / extension given if any without prior concurrence of the Director General, ICMR to any project human resource position beyond five years either with or without breaks in any or multiple projects. 19. Competent authority of ICMR-NJIL&OMD, Agra reserves the right to terminate the project human resource position even during the agreed contract period or extended contract period without assigning any reason. 20. Leave shall be as per the ICMR’s policy for project human resource positions.

यह संस्थान 01 अप्रैल,1976 में अस्तित्व में आया. जब भारत के Centre of JALMA को आधिकारिक तौर पर भारत केंद्र सरकार को सौंप दिया गया था और बाद में भारतीय चिकित्सा अनुसंधान परिषद के लिए। 1976 में कुष्ठ रोग के लिए सेंट्रल जलमा संस्थान के रूप में नामित किया गया था और इसकी व्यापक अनुसंधान क्षेत्रों को प्रतिबिंबित करने के लिए 2005 में “राष्ट्रीय जलमा कुष्ठ रोग और अन्य माइक्रोबैक्टीरियल रोग संस्थान के रूप में” नाम दिया गया है। यह संस्थान मूल रूप से 1966 में ‘India Centre of JALMA’ स्थापित किया गया था और एक टोक्यो आधारित स्वैच्छिक संगठन द्वारा प्रबंधित किया गया था . यह संस्थान JALMA (जापानी कुष्ठ मिशन एशिया के लिए) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मानव लिंक और एक दूसरे के लिए करुणा के ठीक उदाहरण में से एक है।
