₹13,500/- per month (Consolidated)

Candidates must be Degree or Diploma holders in the relevant Engineering branches or Graduates in General Stream as specified. Candidates must have passed in 2024, 2025, or 2026 only; those who passed in 2023 or before are not eligible. Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training elsewhere will not be considered.

Step 1: Register on the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) NATS portal at https://nats.education.gov.in and obtain a valid registration number. Step 2: Candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria should submit their online application for IPR apprenticeship through the NATS portal (https://nats.education.gov.in). Step 3: Ensure that Degree/Diploma details, percentage (or converted percentage from CGPA/SGPA) and branch are correctly filled as per institute norms. Step 4: Regularly visit the IPR website for latest updates regarding apprenticeship notification, selection lists and further instructions.

Duration of apprenticeship is 1 year for all apprentices. IPR has no obligation to offer regular employment after completion of training, and apprentices cannot claim any right to permanent employment on the basis of apprenticeship. Accommodation facility will not be provided; candidates must arrange their own stay. No TA/DA will be paid for document verification or commencement of apprenticeship. Selection will be purely on merit based on percentage of marks in the respective Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Non-Engineering. Wherever CGPA/SGPA/letter grade is awarded, candidates must indicate equivalent percentage in the online form as per Institute/University norms and produce conversion formula at the time of document verification. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the IPR website only. Candidature will be provisional and subject to verification of certificates, testimonials and medical fitness. Any form of canvassing will lead to cancellation of candidature. Incorrect/incomplete applications will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained.
