1. Applicant must be a citizen of India. 2. Before attending the walk-in selections, the candidate must ensure that he/she fulfills all the eligibilitycriteria for the post for which he/she is applying as detailed for the respective post. Candidates will beallowed to attend the selections based on the information provided by them in their applicationform. Ifatany subsequent stage, the information provided/claim made by the applicant is found to be false,his/hercandidature will be canceled at any stage of the recruitment process and if appointed, services will beterminated without any notice or compensation. 3. The candidates are required to report for the walk-in selections on 09-03-2026 at 09:00AM. Thefinalselection of the candidate will be done on the basis of his/her qualifications, experience and performanceinthe selections. 4. The appointment shall be on a purely temporary basis for 11 months, and further extension of tenure, if any,may be granted subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected candidate and the requirement oftheInstitute. The appointment will be on contractual basis and can be terminated at any time duringthecontractperiod with one month’s notice from either side. Accordingly, no right/claim whatsoever will confer ontheselected candidate(s) for employment in IITH by virtue of the above temporary engagement. 5. In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Instituteshallbe final. Interim correspondence will not be entertained and replied to. Canvassing in any formwhetherdirectly or indirectly shall amount to a rejection of candidature. 15. No Travelling Allowance (TA)/ DA shall be paid to the candidates for attending the selections andtothe selected candidate to join the post. 16.
