Experience Requirements
Prior research experience in protein biochemistry, structural biology and computational studies is desirable
Desired Skills
Protein expression, protein purification, enzyme assays, site-directed mutagenesis, ITC, DFT and MD simulations
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology or Life Sciences or those who have submitted their PhD thesis before the last date of application are eligible
Job Responsibilities
Carry out experiments related to protein expression and purification from E. coli, enzyme assays, site-directed mutagenesis, binding studies using ITC and computational analysis using DFT and MD simulations under DBT-NSF sponsored project
