4 Educational and other qualifications
The candidate should hold a full-time Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or Postgraduate (PG/ME/MTech) degree or Professional qualification (CA/CS/ICWA) & above like Doctorate (Ph.D.) in any discipline from any recognized university.
The candidate should have good communication skills (both written & verbal), interpersonal skills and multi-tasking abilities.
A good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point) and other computer-related tasks is essential.
5 Desirable qualification
A professional qualification or a doctorate degree with relevant work experience may be an added advantage.
For students graduating from premier institutes will be preferred and compensated accordingly.
6 Experience
Freshers with relevant qualification are also welcome to apply.
Post qualification experience in academic activities, especially in higher educational institutes is desirable.
Experience in research, teaching, or industry is desirable but not necessary. For candidates with a Ph.D., work experience is not a requirement.
In the case of postgraduates with outstanding scholastic records and of those with higher relevant qualifications, the condition of experience may be relaxed.
7 Major Duties and Responsibilities
Should primarily assist the instructors in delivering their courses in various programs.
Assist the Programs Office in all activities related to the office including program administration, academics, outreach programs, admissions, and well-being of program participants.
Participate in a mix of academic and self-development tasks during their tenure with the Institute. They will have to provide assistance and support to faculty members in teaching and evaluation, development of courses, teaching material, research projects, MDPs, etc.
Undertake the material development and research work independently or jointly with faculty members.
Coordinating with the instructors and students for the required assistance, organizing the exams and quizzes, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the program, etc.
Assisting the Programs Office in its day-to-day administration related to academics and other activities as per requirement which may involve working on weekends if need be.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Programs Office.
8 Key Skills required
Conversant with computers, different operating systems and MS Office functions and Office Management Practices.
Ability to work on multiple assignments.
9 Consolidated remuneration Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month depending on qualification & experience.
10 Additional benefits
If the TAs acquire higher educational qualification during the course of the tenure with the Institute, the same is encouraged and may get additional increment in stipend for the same as per norms of the Institute.
Special fund to facilitate selected candidates to attend Research Seminars within India.
Participate in various Research Seminars conducted & facilitated by the Institute.
Cash award of Rs. 30,000 in recognition of publication/acceptance of research papers in the IIMU B (or above) list of journals.
Chance to attend classes along with regular PhD students at Institute.
Entitled to the Institute’s dispensary facility for self.
Entitled to 30 days leave per annum, i.e., 2½ days per completed month.
Five days working week.
Subsidized transportation and food.
Medical health insurance of Rs. 1 lakh for self.
Accidental health insurance of Rs. 20 lakhs for self.

Support the management in designing and implementing high quality startup incubation/acceleration programmes in line with the centre’s mandate. Ensure alignment between the different stakeholders of our startup support programmes including government agencies, corporate entities, industry experts and facilitators through clear and consistent communication. Application sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and selection committee briefing to aid selection of start-ups into our programmes. Identify industry experts, mentors, and investors for the programmes. Manage outreach and post event feedback, with an opportunity to improve future programme design. Assist in drafting / reviewing MoUs / LoIs with the entrepreneurs / mentors / partners. Work with Student E-Cell to organise periodical entrepreneurship events on the campus. Perform such other duties as required and appropriate to the objectives of this position and the needs of the organization.
