Qualification
Postgraduate with NET / M.Phil./ Ph.D. in a social science discipline (preferably Sociology, Psychology, Management, Economics, Public Policy and Development Studies) with minimum 55% marks throughout and minimum two years of research experience for Research Associate Postgraduate/ M.Phil. /Ph.D. in a social science discipline (preferably Sociology, Psychology, Management, Economics, Public Policy and Development Studies) with minimum 55% through for Research Assistant Prior experience with collection and analysis of qualitative/quantitative data, and using data analysis software is desirable. Candidate is expected to join the project immediately.

Responsibilities
The Research Associate/Assistant’s primary duties will involve reviewing relevant literature, data collection (primary and secondary), data compilation, data analysis, report writing and assistance with other research-related tasks. Responsibilities:Conduct literature review Assist in preparation of interview questions and survey questionnaire Assist in preparing and monitoring online survey Collect and analyse data (survey and interviews) Summarize project results Assist in the preparation of progress reports Assist in the preparation of other articles, reports, and presentations

Indian Institute of Management Nagpur started its journey in the year 2015 under the mentorship of Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. The Institute’s first batch of Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management commenced on the 23rd of July 2015.
