At least one degree or work experience from a CFTI (Centrally Funded Technical Institution) or a QS ranked ≤ 500 foreign university. Application must be submitted within 5 years from the PhD defense date. At least 3 SCI/SSCI/SCIE indexed publications, with at least one publication in a Q1 journal.
