OR M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Life Sciences/Mathematics from a recognized University/Institute.

Rs. 37000/- + HRA Per Month

Maximum 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Woman and physically handicapped candidates.

Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD). Valid GATE/NET qualification.

M.E./M.Tech. in relevant engineering disciplines or M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Materials Science/Life Sciences/Mathematics with valid GATE/NET qualification. Minimum 60% marks or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale (55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD). Age up to 30 years.
