Job Opening – Master Trainer

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s Degree in Rural Management/Social Work/Economics/MBA

Must have 2 years of experience in Micro enterprise/Entrepreneurship Development/Self Employment/Livelihood/Women related schemes and projects.

The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability, and good communication skills.

Job Description:

    • Coordinate with Project Director, Project Coordinator, Subject Matter Experts, and Community Mobilizers for the implementation of the project
    • Mobilize, select, and empower potential women SHGs, Cluster in project locations
    • Design, plan, and upgrade entrepreneurship and enterprise development training materials including, but not limited to, Training curriculum, Training Manual, and training hand-outs as per selected Trades/Sectors

Type of Employment: Contractual

Maximum Remuneration: CTC Rs. 25,000/- p.m. to Rs. 30,000/- p.m.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters in Management, Technology, Commerce, Economics, or Rural Development from a recognized institution/university with 3 to 5 years of work experience in Micro and Small Enterprises Training/Mentoring/Handholding/Consulting projects.
  • Capacity to work with MSMEs and undertake mobilization and training activities of MSMEs.
  • The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, good understanding of MS Word and Excel, data analysis ability, and good communication ability.
  • Preference shall be given to candidates having experience in the MSME sector.
  • Fluency in Marathi and English is mandatory.

Job Description

  • Develop the formats for daily, weekly, and monthly reports for submission.
  • Responsible for uploading online information for project management.
  • Conducting Baseline survey of existing enterprises at regular intervals from the field and updating accordingly.
  • Coordinating with Project Manager & Project Coordinators for implementation of the project.
  • Provide support to Project Coordinators in the field for Programme Organization and training support.
  • Ensuring availability of updated data for monitoring and evaluation.
  • Responsible for documentation, filing, and all official correspondence related to the project.
  • Participate in all meetings held for the review of the progress by EDII H.O.
  • Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office.

Type of Employment: On Contractual basis.

Coordinate with Project Director, Project Coordinator, Subject Matter Experts and Community Mobilizers for implementation of the project b) Mobilizing, selecting and empowering potential women SHGs, Cluster in project locations c) Design, plan and upgrade entrepreneurship and enterprise development training materials including, but not limited to, Training curriculum, Training Manual and training handouts as per selected Trades/Sectors. d) Deliver entrepreneurship training by following the Training Schedule with quality standard as per EDII norms. e) Assist and mentor beneficiaries in areas including development of business plans, concepts of Business opportunities /Financial transactions /Formalities and procedures for scaling operations, new technology and Digital financial transactions. f) Engage trainees actively in training through multiple innovative training methodologies to maximize training outputs. g) Identify business opportunities in target area and provide beneficiaries with guidance on the choice of start-up businesses as per the project plan. h) Conduct Skill Development activities- Production Technology and entrepreneurial value chain i) Facilitate Business Plan Formulation, funding and infra set-up for enterprises j) Assisting in market linkages and credit linkages. k) Post programme follow up and hand holding of entrepreneurs through trainings and mentoring l) Identify and ensuring entrepreneurs participation in relevant Fairs and exhibition m) Participate in all meetings held for review of the progress by EDII H.O/South Regional Office, Bangalore. n) Any other work/activity as assigned by the Office
