Responsibilities
• Investigating of title to properties and drafting security documents, conveyancing and transfer of property and allied land laws; • Contesting and expeditiously disposing litigations pending before Supreme Court, High Court, DRT, District Courts, Consumer Courts, Arbitrators, etc. • Drafting, vetting and finalizing notices, replies to notices, legal documents, execution of loan documents/ agreements, MoUs, finalizing policies and internal rules for the company as instructed. • Dealing with and advising on matters pertaining to Banking Laws, Property Laws, SEBI-related Laws, Company Law, Mercantile & Labour Laws, Insolvency Act, Negotiable Instruments Act and various legal practices and procedures. • Recovery from Stressed and NPA Cases through Courts viz Civil Court/ DRT/ High Court/ SARFAESI Act etc. • Monitoring the legal works of the company. Advising all departments in the company on legal issues. • Safe Custody of the Original Documents. • Handling of CERSAI, ROC matters. • Any other work as assigned by the management of the company.
