Instructions
1. The minimum age under Young Professional-I will be 21 years and maximum 45 years with acze relaxation for SC/ST/PH & OBC Candidates as per rules. 1. The above position is purely temporary and will be filled on contractual basis initially for a period of 12 months, which may be extended upto 2 years. The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute. 2. The interview of eligible candidates will be held on 28/08/2023. Interested candidate should report at 09:30 AM in the Chamber of Incharge, Seed Production Unit, IARI. New Delhi-110012. No candidate will be allowed for interview after 11:30 AM. 3. The candidate will have to bring a copy of bio-data, original certificates, self-attested photocopies of all the required certificates from matriculation onwards and copy of recent photograph. The originals are essentially to be brought while attending the interview, failing which candidate will not to be allowed to attend the interview. 4. Only the candidates having essential qualifications would be entertained for the interview. 5. No TA / DA will be paid for attending the interview. 6. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination. 7. The candidates are required to submit the application at the time of interview in the format annexed along with a declaration. The candidate intending to appear for interview, if any of his near or distant relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI, has to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in writing in advance so as to reach Incharge, Seed Production Unit, IAR1, New Delhi-110012. All the other candidates are also required compulsorily to furnish the declaration in the signed format annexed and submit on the date of interview. 8. 1. Maximum Age: For RA 40 years for Men and 45 years for Women (relaxation as per ICAR Norms). 2. Candidate shall produce a No objection and an experience certificate from the employer in case he/she is employed at the time of interview. 3. The above position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project and will be made for a period up to 31.03.2023 or till termination of the project whichever is earlier. इंडियन आग्रिकल्चरल रिसर्च इन्स्टिट्यूट (इयारी) की यात्रा सन् 1905 में शुरू हुई, संस्थान पूसा इन्स्टिट्यूट से प्रसिद्ध हुआ!

एक अमेरिकी परोपकारी, श्री हेनरी फिप्स से 30,000 पाउंड के अनुदान के साथ पूसा (बिहार) में 1905 में शुरू हुआ।
संस्थान कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान ( कृषि ), जो पांच विभागों मैं था, कृषि, पशु प्रजनन , रसायन विज्ञान, वनस्पति विज्ञान और आर्थिक मिकॉलजी के साथ कार्य के रूप में जाना जाता था। जीवाणु इकाई 1907 में जोड़ा गया है

संस्थान का नाम 1911 में Imperial Institute of Agricultural Research में बदल गया था और 1919 में इसे Imperial Agricultural Research Institute बदल दिया गया था।

स्वतंत्रता के बाद संस्थान Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI) के रूप में नाम दिया गया है ।

वर्ष 1958 में एक डीम्ड विश्वविद्यालय का दर्जा प्राप्त किया। जो हरित क्रांति कि भारतीयों के लाखों लोगों के चेहरे पर मुस्कान लाया
