The Himachal Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Ltd. (HPSCB) Recruitment 2026

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University (Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from a School/Institution within Himachal Pradesh - not applicable for Bonafide Himachalis)

Minimum Pay of Rs. 19,900/- (Level-2) + admissible allowances per month (Regular Basis)

18–45 years (with relaxations for reserved categories)

Minimum 3 years continuous service as Secretary as defined in Rule 2(vii) of H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971 of Primary Agriculture Credit Society for PACS Quota; Minimum 5 years continuous service in a cooperative society for OCS Quota

Candidates must fulfill all eligibility conditions as on 01-01-2026. All reserved category candidates must be Bonafide Himachalis. Reservation benefits are applicable only to Bonafide Himachali candidates. OBC candidates must submit a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate from competent authority. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBDs/Ex-SM and other reserved categories of HP may apply against unreserved/general category posts but will not be eligible for age relaxation or fee concession in such cases. Candidates must also ensure they are not directly or indirectly a defaulter of their society. Experience certificates must be issued by the concerned Inspector of Society and countersigned by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies of H.P. with authentic certification. Such certificate must be supported by: (i) Copy of resolution of the managing committee for initial appointment, and (ii) Copy of relevant pages of statutory audit report/note for prescribed years showing payment of wages/salary from the society account.

Candidates can submit their online applications from 09 May 2026 to 29 May 2026. Application Mode Online only (via HPSCB website - www.hpscb.bank.in)

Selection Mode Online Examination (150 marks, 150 minutes) + Document Verification/Scrutiny (No Personal Interview). Mandatory Requirement: Bonafide Himachali for all reserved categories; valid experience certificate from cooperative society (PACS: min. 3 years; OCS: min. 5 years) countersigned by Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies of H.P. Date of Downloading of Call Letters: Around 7 days before examination date. Date of Online Examination: Expected 5-6 weeks after last date of submission (exact date to be notified on Bank's website). Date of Declaration of Result for Online Examination: Around 15 days after conduct of examination.
