Responsibilities
• Ensure support to MCR for execution of gas nominations, scheduling and allocations at Base level. • Implement the Annual Maintenance Plan within allotted budget and in time and ensure timely corrective & preventive actions against break downs. • To control & monitor maintenance activities as per the Master schedule. • To support Master Control Room for effective implementation of GTA and ensure implementation of technical modifications and innovations along the pipeline. • To ensure safe practices are followed in pipeline and terminals activities and to coordinate with customers, contractors, intra / internal department at various levels. • Execution of modifications works in existing pipelines as and when required. • Responsible for implementing the Pipeline Integrity Management Program for Pipeline & Associated Facilities. • Liaison with Project/Technical department during commissioning and taking over of new pipeline(s). • Implement and maintain the PNGRB requirements in the GSPL gas grid. • Liaison with local / district administration dept. for various issues of pipeline enroutes. • Timely notification of spares /stock to avoid delay or breakdown time and cost implications. • Contract operations of ARC/AMC/ SERVICE works. • Dealing with all emergencies along the pipeline. • Coordinate with various neighboring industries for tie-up/mutual aid during emergencies occurring along the pipeline. • Ensure implementation of IMS, QMS, EMS, OHSAS at Base level. • Accountable and responsible for PPE usage for all activities. • Accountable for immediate reporting of incidents and participation in incident investigation. • Coordinate for audits & verification and timely resolutions of non-conformities.
