Applications must be submitted online only through the OJAS portal. No offline or hard copy applications will be accepted. Visit the Official Portal Go to https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in One Time Registration (OTPR) New users must complete One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) first. Enter basic details like Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID, etc. After successful registration, a User ID and Password will be generated and sent to your registered mobile and email. Login and Fill Application Form Login using your User ID and Password. Select the desired post(s) you want to apply for (you can apply for multiple posts if eligible). Carefully fill all the required details in the online application form such as personal information, educational qualifications, category, address, etc. Upload Scanned Documents Recent passport size Photograph (maximum 15 KB in JPG format) Signature (maximum 15 KB in JPG format) Ensure both are clear and as per specifications. Pay Application Fee General category candidates have to pay ₹100/- + service charges. Pay the fee online through SBI e-Pay (Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or other available modes). Reserved category candidates may be exempted as per rules. Review and Submit Preview the entire application form carefully. Make corrections if needed (before final submission). Click on 'Submit' button. After successful submission, note down the Confirmation Number / Application Number generated by the system. Take Printout Take a printout of the filled application form and payment receipt for future reference.

Application Fee: General Category ₹100/- + Service Charges. SC / ST / SEBC / EWS / PH As per Government Rules (usually exempted or reduced). Fee to be paid online through SBI e-Pay. Selection Process: Selection will be made on the basis of Written Examination (Objective MCQ type) conducted through OMR or Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT). Final selection will be based on marks obtained in the written test and document verification. The Board reserves the right to change the examination pattern/method.
