Visit official website esb.mp.gov.in or MP Online portal mponline.gov.in (Apply link active from 24-03-2026). Click on 'Online Form' and select Pre-Agriculture Test (PAT) 2026. Register with Mobile Number and Email ID, then login with credentials. Fill application form carefully with personal and educational details. Upload scanned Photograph, Signature and other required documents in prescribed format. Pay the application fee as per category through online or MP Online Kiosk. Submit the form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
