a. Candidate should be obtained at least 60% in BE/B.Tech and upper age limit is 33 yrs. for PE(C) and 30 yrs. for TO(C). All the eligibility criteria is as on date of selection. b. Candidate should read the complete advertisement carefully and ensure that he / she has fulfilled the eligibility criteria of the post stated in the advertisement in all respects. c. One candidate can appear for one category of post only. d. Candidates should ready to work anywhere in India as per the need / organization requirements. e. Document verification & subsequent personal interviews may take considerable time. Hence, candidates are advised to come prepared and make their own arrangements for stay / accommodation, if any. f. It is mandatory for the candidates who are already working with any of the units of ‘Electronics Corporation of India Limited’ to obtain a letter from the respective Reporting Officer seeking permission to attend the selection process and need to submit the letter at the time of document verification. g. Before commencement of the training, the candidates will have to execute a Contract of Apprenticeship. Those who absent themselves are liable to refund the whole cost of their training as well as the amount received as a stipend as determined by the Central Apprenticeship Advisor. o) Every apprentice who has completed the period of training will have to undergo a practical test to determine his/her proficiency in the designated trade. Only on passing the test, the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) would be issued by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE). p) The engagement and training are strictly in compliance with the provision of the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and there is no obligation for employment of Apprentices on completion of their training. q) The Apprentice after completion of the training shall have no right to claim any employment in ECIL. Page 3 of 4 r) ECIL being a highly protected establishment, Apprentices will be engaged only after submission of a Police verification certificate from SP office of their District HQ. Selected candidates have to submit these certificates at the time of joining. s) A physical fitness certificate from a Civil Assistant Surgeon should be produced by the selected candidate at the time of joining. t) Residents of all districts of TELANGANA state are eligible to apply.
