Retired Central Government/PSU/Research officials with a minimum substantive grade of Level 8 of 7th CPC or equivalent IDA scale or analogous post or above. BSNL/MTNL VRS 2019 optees are eligible. Adequate computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Hindi is desirable. Experience in telecom / service compliance / security / rural connectivity / administrative functions is desirable.

Consolidated monthly fee as per DoE OM no. 3-25/2020-E.III A dated 09-12-2020 and subsequent DoT orders (based on last pay minus pension)
