1. Reviewing and technical assessment of feasibility reports/ engineering studies/ DPR’s and provide necessary inputs of infrastructure planning, engineering design, implementation strategy and costing, 2. Preparation and finalization of tender documents for industrial corridor projects, 3. Evaluation of tender packages of SPVs for DMIC Projects, 4. Preparation of reports, agenda notes for DMIC Trust meetings and DMICDC Board meetings, 5. Liaisoning and project coordination with various stakeholders including consultants, Central and State Government departments, funding agencies, contractors to ensure smooth implementation of projects, 6. Coordinating with PMC Team, Programme Managers for New Cities (PMNC), consultants, State Governments/ Nodal Agencies and other agencies for expediting the respective assignments, 7. Coordinating various reviews meetings periodically and conducting Special Advisory Panel meeting of DMICDC, 8. Provide technical support in preparation of investment proposal for seeking fund from DMIC Trust Fund/JICA/JBIC/ADB/WB or any other funding agencies, 9. Preparation of concept papers, detailed technical notes/memos, presentations to be made to concerned stakeholders including DPIIT, DMIC Trust, Central and State Government departments, 10. Preparation of technical aspects of contractual documents, framing the engineering and technical terms of references and conducting bid process for the selection of consultants and/or contractors, 11. Responsible for drafting letters, memos and any other relevant documents on behalf of SPV’s/DMIC projects, reviewing project progress payments claimed by the Contractors/ Consultants, 12. Supervision & Site inspection of Projects, 13. To carry out such other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

1. Overseeing all financial reporting, project/programme and grants accounting, ensuring that expenditures are consistently aligned with grant and programme budgets throughout the grant/fund period, collating financial reporting materials for Government, corporate, and foundation grants, 2. To spearhead the entire task of financial planning and development of the project by: a)Preparation of financing plans/ corporate plans considering the funding requirement for the project activities. b)Project structuring for implementation in different EPC and PPP modes. c)Selection of consultants/ contractors/ concessionaire and monitor their work and deliverables. 3. Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, cash management and internal financial reporting, 4. Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and present them before the Audit Committee/Board for approval. 5. To get the financial statement audited by the internal and statutory auditors and office of C&AG, 6. Proactively manage investor relations to assure investors of the effective stewardship of their funds, 7. To liaison with Central/State Governments, bilateral/multilateral agencies, financial institutions, sponsors and other stakeholders, 8. Consistently analysing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status, 9. To be the driving force in the development and promulgation of best practices, standards and codes of practice across the whole range of DMICDC activities from concept of initiation, evaluation, design project development and stakeholder relationship management, 10. Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets, including assets purchased with Government funds assuring all are in accordance with the policies and investment guidelines, 11. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation, 12. Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures, 13. Liaises with the internal and statutory auditors and also with the office of C&AG to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and standards, 14. Provide support and input to project financial planning processes including monitoring progress, 15. Prepare financial reports and presentations for Board meetings and other meetings of DMICDC and its SPV’s, 16. Undertake such other duties and tasks as may lie within the scope of this post to ensure the effective delivery and development of the service.
