Instructions

Document verification is scheduled on 30.03.2026 and 31.03.2026. Reporting Time: 9:30 AM sharp. DV Venue: Recruitment Cell, New Police Lines, Kingsway Camp, Delhi – 110009. Candidates must carry the following documents in ORIGINAL along with one set of self-attested photocopies: Educational Certificates: Matric (10th) Mark Sheet & Certificate, 12th or Higher Mark Sheet & Certificate, ITI Certificate (on relevant trade, if applicable). Category & Special Certificates: OBC / SC/ST/EWS certificate (as per prescribed proforma), NCC / Sports / RRU certificate (if applicable), Ward of Police Personnel certificate (as per format), Hill area certificate (as per format, if applicable). Ex-Servicemen & Other Documents: Discharge Book & PPO / NOC / Commando Certificate (for Ex-servicemen), Driving License for LMV (Motor Cycle or Car) – for Male candidates only (if applicable), No Objection Certificate (NOC) from concerned department (if already in Govt. service), Resignation letter from previous employment (if applicable). Mandatory Documents: Agreement Form duly attested by Class 1st Magistrate (collect blank form from Recruitment Cell if not collected earlier), Certificate of Character (collect blank form from Recruitment Cell if needed), Undertaking (will be given at the time of DV), 10 Passport size photographs, ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter-ID / Passport etc.). Important Instructions: 1. Punctuality: Report at 9:30 AM sharp. Latecomers may not be entertained. 2. Original Documents: Bring all listed documents in original along with self-attested copies. 3. Agreement & Character Certificate: Collect blank forms from Recruitment Cell if not obtained earlier. 4. Photographs: Carry 10 recent passport-size photographs. 5. In-Person Appearance: Candidates must appear personally. No representative allowed. 6. Training: Selected candidates after DV will start basic training from 01 April 2026. Failure to attend DV may result in disqualification.
