Advocates practising in the High Court of Delhi with 3 years of practice as on the last date of submission. Mainly practicing at the Court Complex. Average annual income not less than Rs. 24,000/- per annum during the preceding two years. Exemptions for PWD and lady advocates who are divorcee/widowed/single regarding the average annual income. Must submit an Affidavit stating that they have not applied for Oath Commissioner in any other Court of Delhi.
